Attendees who have not yet secured lodging are encouraged to review the hotel options and make reservations as soon as possible, as availability may change quickly.

Town and Country Resort 

The meeting hotel, the Town and Country Resort is located at: 500 Hotel Circle N., San Diego, CA 92108

  • Room rate: The group rate is $199 plus applicable taxes. This rate expires on August 31, 2026 or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes first). 
  • Check-in/Check-out: 4:00 p.m. on arrival day and 11:00 a.m. on departure day.
  • Payment: A credit card is required at the time of the reservation to guarantee your room; however, your credit card will not be charged at that time. Two days prior to the meeting, the hotel will charge you for a one-night room stay plus applicable taxes. This will be applied to the cost of your full stay. 
  • Cancellations: Hotel reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the day of arrival without penalty. Otherwise, any reservations not cancelled in time will be charged a one-night room stay plus applicable taxes.
  • Getting there: The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the San Diego International Airport. The Town and Country Resort and airport are shown in the map below.
